Objective

Before committing to any significant investment of the build, development and launch of a new venture, the client wanted to validate the size of the prize and stress test the proposal.

I was tasked to support the client in understanding what a cut through proposition, service and experience required against the core proposition goals might look like and build the business case for further investment.

Process

Holding workshops with agency and client to brainstorm ideas around the ambition, vision and initial thinking of what, how and why the product exists.

Audit and assess the competitor and consumer landscape in search of a hero.

Online questionnaire to potential customers in a key market, to answer key questions such as which audience demographics and which features are most attractive.

Creating key points of the customer journey through designed hero pages to take the users from inspiration through to purchase using a minimum viable brand, messaging and key screen designs

And constantly having sessions with the client to identify any critical gaps and, just as importantly, identify key areas the proposition adds value for the customer.

Solution

Wireframes and Design, co-created with the client. With an initial proposition of the platform, user journey and development of key features and trigger points.
